Children’s Hospital Colorado Gala

For many years now I’ve photographed this entertaining gala for a great cause.  But this year, over 2.1 MILLION was raised for Children’s Colorado!  Over 1200 guests enjoyed the event with Kyle Dyer from 9News running the show and the Reidy family in the spotlight.  Entertainment was the talented Neil Diamond cover band, Super Diamond, but for me the highlight of the night was singer Rachel Platten!

Most people have heard of Rachel Platten’s song ‘Fight Song‘  (“This is my fight song, Take back my life song, Prove I’m alright song…“), but I enjoyed the rest of her songs just as much!  I’m guessing we’ll hear much more from her on the radio soon…

Cocktail party, auction items (silent and live), dinner, program, entertainment…and of course, after party lounge!  This is one gala that does it right!
