Paws Up Montana Luxury Ranch Resort

Over 60 activities to choose from throughout 37,000-acres, Montana wildlife, luxurious lodging, personal butlers and chefs…holy smokes Paws Up is a treat for an event photographer!! There are homes, tree houses and luxury tents to choose from. I never really knew the definition of ‘glamping’ but I suppose this was it. Technically a canvas tent wall and ceiling, but the rest of the ‘tent’ was heated hardwood flooring, heated towel racks, artwork, and tiled walls in the bathroom…so nice!

I’ve had the privilege of traveling to some of the most stunning locations across the world. However, as an event photographer, my recent visit to Paws Up Resort in Montana was a photography adventure unlike any other.

One of my favorite aspects of the property is that all 60+ activities were organized and managed on-site at one activity center. At all other spots I’ve photographed, there are a variety of off-site vendors that operate various activities. It might be impossible to be bored at Paws Up…here’s a link to all of the activity choices. My favorite was the cattle drive! It was straight out of the classic movie City Slickers!

Paws Up Resort in Montana exceeded my wildest expectations. The resort seamlessly blends luxury and nature! It’s not light on the wallet, but if it fits your budget, I highly recommend a visit!
