Destination Services Company, Rocky Mountain Connections hosted the AANS (American Association of Neurological Surgeons) Conference in Denver this week. On Sunday night, the reception was located at Invesco Field at Mile High, home of the ‘will be good again soon’ Denver Broncos.
The football stadium made for a GREAT venue for the event!
As guests arrived, they were met by the Denver Broncos marching band and mascot greeting them at the door:
Guests entered through the players tunnel and could walk straight onto the field, where they were met by staff giving them a tour and allowing them to throw footballs. Of course all while being filmed on the jumbo tron!
When they finished checking out the field, the main portion of the reception was in the club level on the 3rd floor overlooking the field on one side and the Denver skyline on the other:
Rocky Mountain Connections did so many small details that made this such a fantastic event! Even the Bronco souvenir shop was open and there was an autograph table stocked with former players!
Photographing the event from the next level up was a neat perspective…and needed to show how large the space was! It was fun seeing the band Celebration Nation at the event, they always do a great job! So long story short, it’s not necessarily the first venue you might think of to host a big event…but Invesco Field at Mile High sure is an awesome option!
