Cielo at Castle Pines Colorado Wedding

Amy and Conner had a wonderful wedding at Cielo at Castle Pines!  Perfect weather, wonderful couple, and awesome family and friends set the scene well!  This was my first wedding at this new venue.  It’s tucked away in Castle Pines surrounded by trees and across the street from a golf course..so gorgeous!  The day began with the details…from two pairs of Amy’s shoes to the rings and signs:

Amy was so excited!!!  I had longer than usual with her and the girls before hand (which I LOVE) and had a ball capturing her expressions and personality!!I dragged the wedding party (separately) across the street to play in the trees and on a bridge.  It’s neat to be able to play with something different other than the formal ‘stand in a line’ group pictures!The gorgeous ceremony took place on the Ceilo porch.  The grooms mom MADE the pink dress she is wearing…Isn’t that awesome!!??After photographing Amy and Conner’s engagement pictures, I knew they both loved photos, and were adventurous…so it was no surprise that Amy was willing to hike up the side of a hill in her dress for fun pictures after the ceremony!Cielo’s elegant and spacious interior looked great for the reception! I do indeed miss film, but an awesome benefit of photographing with the digital camera is showing the images right away!! A huge thank you to everyone involved!!!
